Cell Mass vs.  SizeOn

If you read unbiased customer reviews on bodybuilding.com then you already know that this isn't even close as far as effectiveness and real world experience.  Cell Mass' claim to fame is its creatine ethyl ester.  While it seems to work pretty good, when it splits you are left with creatine and ethanol (grain alcohol) which is toxic to the body. It does not seem to contain any other ingredients for superhydration or glycogen loading, which is vital for cell volumization.  We recently had a study done that was published by the ISSN that shows the superiority of creatine gluconate (in SizeOn) to the creatine ethyl ester. SizeOn also contains glycerol monosterate, which assists in superhydrating muscle cells and absorbs any extracellular (outside the muscle) water so that you do not have any bloat (which is the case with most all other creatine formulas).   It also contains a patent pending carbohydrate we call "Outlast", which is very efficient at loading glycogen into the muscles.  Another key ingredient is the disodium ATP, which is pretty much simplified as the fuel needed for muscular contraction.  All of these factors are vital for muscular contraction and an anabolic environment.  As you can see SizeOn is a MUCH more advanced formula.  Cell mass can be summed up as creatine and glutamine with a weak uptake mechanism.

NoExplode vs. SuperPump

Again, reading customer reviews makes this a no brainer.  I can talk about the strengths of SuperPump, or the huge flaws in NoExplode.  Either way, this one isn't even slightly close.  NoExplode uses a large dose of caffeine (if heard it tested at 475mg per serving), which negates the effects we are trying to attain.  Caffeine is a vasoCONSTRICTOR, which closes up your blood vessels instead of expanding them as it CLAIMS its a vasodilator (opens them up).  Caffeine also elicits a diuretic effect, which is the opposite of what creatine is responsible for and one of the reasons it works so well.  This flaw is enough to ruin the entire formula.  BUT, people feel the "kick" from the caffeine rush and THINK its working due to all the energy.  Then they are left wondering after 30 days why they haven't gained an ounce of muscle, and shows why GNC doesn't have many repeat buyers with this product.  Now SuperPump does not make that mistake.  We use just enough caffeine for a little bit of energy.  We opt for other neural stimulant agents which increase mental focus and concentration and enhance mood.  This allows the formula to create the strong vasodilation effect we desire.  Included is also BCAAs for muscle recovery and an anabolic environment and creatine for cell volumization, hydration, and ATP production.  We insure that all of these ingredients are efficiently uptaken by including some powerful insulin mimetics.  So here you have one formula that stands out above the rest, and another (NoExplode) that doesn't even perform to par.
