Pre judging for all juniors / all masters / all ladies begins @ 09h00 sharp
IFBB SA NATIONAL CONGRESS 15h15 to 17h45
Weigh in for all senior men and senior classic bodybuilding from 18h00 to 20h00 one weigh in only, no late entries will be accepted and no weigh in on Friday morning for this section

FRIDAY

Pre judging for all senior men begins @ 09h00 sharp
IFBB SA JUDGES MEETING 15h15 to 17h00 – this includes all Provincial Chief Judges to attend.

SATURDAY

Top six list to be posted up at the venue @ 12h00
Doors open to public @ 14h00
RICH GASPARI Q&A @ 14h15 – 14h45
Main show begins @ 15h00

Pre judging tickets for Thurs are @ R20.00pp and Fri are @ R20.00pp - Under 8’s go in free.
Please confirm that the tickets for the main show are R100.00pp REGARDLESS OF AGE OF BOTTOM IN THE SEAT.
